Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

We collect what we need to do the work and nothing more. This policy explains what that is, what we do with it, and the control you have over it.

1. Information we collect

If you contact us through the site or book a call, we collect the name, email, phone number, and business details you give us. If you become a client, we also collect the account access and billing information needed to do the work.

Sites we build for clients may collect visitor information — contact form submissions, booking details, and analytics data — under that client's own privacy practices, not these.

2. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver the work you hired us for, send invoices, and keep you informed about the project. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our own site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read, where visitors come from, and how people move through our booking form. This uses cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you view, the general region you are in, your device and browser type, and the steps you complete in the booking form. It is aggregate and statistical — we are not trying to identify you personally with it, and we do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on parallelstudios.art.

You can opt out at any time by installing Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser's setting to block cookies. Google's own handling of this data is covered by its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you send us the contact form or book a call, the details you type are handled as described above, not as analytics. For clients, the analytics and cookie setup on the sites we build is configured to your requirements and disclosed to your visitors by you.

4. Data sharing

We share information only with the tools needed to run a project — the ad platform running your campaigns, the CRM holding your leads, the email provider sending your mail — and only what each of those needs to function. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their side.

5. Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

6. Data retention

We keep client records for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period after, to handle any follow-up questions or support. Lead enquiries that do not become engagements are kept long enough to reply and then removed.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.

8. Security

We treat account credentials and personal data as the sensitive material it is. Access is limited to the two of us, credentials are stored in a password manager, and we will never share your logins with a third party without your written permission.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are aimed at businesses, not at individuals under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the 'last updated' date above. Material changes that affect existing client data will also be communicated directly.
